Our half lamb box contains –
1 whole leg or 2 halves
1 whole shoulder or 2 halves
A range of chump steaks & loin chops
1 kidney
Mince OR breast & stewing pack
Raised on our small family farm, all of our lambs are entirely grass fed and free to roam our fields in the beautiful welsh countryside of Monmouthshire. They are sent to a small local butchers in Raglan and the meat is then delivered fresh to you. The meat is hung for a week to increase flavour and tenderness.
