Mutton Box

Our mutton box contains –

Half a shoulder joint
Half a leg joint
Two bags of chops

Raised on our small family farm, all of our sheep are entirely grass fed and free to roam our fields in the beautiful welsh countryside of Monmouthshire. They are sent to a small local butchers in Raglan and the meat is then delivered fresh to you.

The meat is hung for a week to increase flavour and tenderness, although our mutton is a similar price to our lamb the meat is a lot heavier/the joints will be larger so it works out at less per kg.

If you live outside of these areas but would still like to order a box you can collect from us or we are happy to meet you somewhere within our delivery area.

PLEASE NOTE: Our current mutton boxes are frozen, if you would like your mutton delivered fresh please contact us and we’ll be in touch when we have more available.
