Our quarter lamb box contains –
Half a shoulder joint
Half a leg joint
Two bags of chops
Pack of mince
Raised on our small family farm, all of our lambs are entirely grass fed and free to roam our fields in the beautiful welsh countryside of Monmouthshire. They are sent to a small local butchers in Raglan and the meat is then delivered fresh to you.
The meat is hung for a week to increase flavour and tenderness, weights will vary but our whole lamb boxes are usually at least 18kg.

If you live outside of these areas but would still like to order a box you can collect from us or we are happy to meet you somewhere within our delivery area.
PLEASE NOTE: Our lamb boxes are butchered to order, we are currently taking orders for delivery on Thursday 18th of April.
