Our small batch cider is made from our pure apple juice, left to ferment for over 9 months in the traditional way using the apples own natural yeast, before being bottled. We add no sulphites during this process.
We hand pick our apples from our small orchard, mostly using traditional varieties such as Herefordshire Red Streak and Tom Putt. Like all of our farm, our orchards are managed sustainably and without the use of pesticides.
It is available either still or sparkling in 750ml glass bottles.
